Enquiries and requests
We collect the contact and organisation details you enter, your requested service, message and any product, site or quotation details you provide. We use them to respond, prepare proposals, coordinate requested work and keep relevant business records. Required fields identify the information needed to process an enquiry. Please do not submit patient records, clinical details, passwords or payment-card information.
Who processes the information
Enquiries are processed by our website and automation systems and delivered to the HTS enquiry mailbox. Authorised staff and service providers supporting our hosting, security and email systems may process this information to provide those services. Email is provided through Google Workspace. Hosting and service providers may process information in Australia or overseas.
Security and technical data
Website security services process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to detect abuse and keep the service available. Cloudflare provides edge security and bot verification. We restrict access to enquiry information to the people and systems that need it for their work.
Your quote list
Your selected products, configurations, quantities, installation preferences and product notes are stored in this browser where local storage is available. They remain until you remove them, successfully send the request or clear this site’s browser data. Avoid putting personal or clinical information in product notes. The quote list does not store your contact form details. Downloading a list creates a file on your device and does not send an enquiry.
Retention
Enquiries and associated correspondence are retained while needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention can differ for a general enquiry and a quotation or completed job. Contact us if you would like to discuss information held about you.
Access, correction and concerns
For access or correction requests, privacy questions or complaints, email [email protected] or call 1300 000 487. Explain your request without including sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
This notice covers the public website. Separate client portals and third-party sites may have their own privacy terms.
