Built around the way healthcare works.

Clinical activity continues around the work. Our approach connects the trade task with the needs of the facility, its people and its services.

Plan the work.
Respect the setting.

A familiar environment can still present a new set of constraints.

We work with hospital engineering, maintenance and project teams, as well as builders and specialist contractors. Each engagement starts with a defined scope and the operating requirements of the site.

  1. Understand the environment

We start with the purpose of the work, the people using the space and the services around it. Site conditions, access, equipment interfaces and clinical activity inform the scope.

  2. Define the work and responsibilities

The proposal sets out included works, exclusions and the interfaces with your facility team and specialist contractors. Where investigations or approvals are needed, those requirements are identified before the affected work proceeds.

  3. Plan the sequence

Work windows, staging, shutdowns and disruption notices are coordinated to suit the agreed scope. Containment and protection arrangements are developed for the work area and the facility's requirements.

  4. Deliver with clear communication

We coordinate the trade sequence and communicate changes that affect the scope or programme. Defined hold points and checks can be included for service changeovers and other critical interfaces.

  5. Complete the handover

Agreed testing, completion records, asset information and defect findings are provided for the work delivered. Any outstanding interfaces or actions are clearly identified.
