Clinical alterations and refurbishment

Make existing spaces work for changing requirements. We assess the proposed use, existing conditions and trade interfaces with your team before defining the work.

  • Clinical room, support-space and workplace alterations
  • Partitions, doors, ceilings, joinery and finishes
  • Electrical, communications and coordinated hydraulic works
  • Equipment provisions and local building modifications

Building fabric and external works

Practical improvements across the hospital campus, from protecting busy interiors to repairing external surfaces and access routes.

  • Wall protection, hardware and fixture installations
  • Floor finishes, painting and building repairs
  • Paths, concrete works, ramps and access improvements
  • Fencing, gates, bollards and line marking

Connected trade delivery

We structure work into defined packages and coordinate the sequence with your facility or project team. Our own trade capability is supported by specialist delivery partners where the scope requires them.

  • Site assessment and scope development
  • Trade coordination, work-area protection and agreed staging
  • Interface planning with incumbent specialist contractors
  • Completion checks and agreed handover documentation

Common questions

Can you coordinate multiple trades?

Yes. Our experience includes combined building, electrical, communications, joinery, finishes and external-work packages. The proposal identifies the included work and any specialist interfaces or responsibilities by others.

Can refurbishment be staged around clinical activity?

Staging and after-hours work can be agreed to suit the facility. Access, containment, patient movements, adjacent services and approvals are considered when developing the programme.
